Flat mold granulator is the most common granulation equipment in the market with the longest history. It is mainly famous for its simple and stable structure, strong adaptability of raw materials and large output range.
At present, there are mainly two types of flat die granulator in the market, one is that the die roll does not rotate, and the other is that the roll does not rotate. Of course, each kind of equipment has its different structure and function, so the applicable materials are also different.
The flat mold granulator without mold runner is generally called feed granulator. It mainly drives the rotation of the upper pressing roller through the rotation of the lower mold plate. It is suitable for some materials with heavy proportion, such as corn, soybean meal, etc. This granulator is widely used in small and medium-sized feed factories, farms, farmers, and family units.
The flat die granulator whose roll does not rotate is generally called sawdust granulator. Its die plate is stationary and mainly depends on the rotation of the upper pressing roll to squeeze materials. It is suitable for some materials with light specific gravity, such as sawdust, straw, peanut shell and other shell materials.

The flat mold sawdust granulator is guaranteed for one year (except the pressing roller, mold and bearing). During the warranty period, the factory will repair and replace the machine free of charge, and be responsible for the freight. The factory only charges the cost for maintenance outside the warranty period;
